Where we deliver to?
We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye, but delivery can take up to a week. This is also the case in some areas of Scotland. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye is surcharged at £15 Inc Vat.
We can also delivery to Europe and rest of the world as per our courier destinations subject to delivery charge based on volume weight. To get the accurate cost and quote email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?
We use DPD and the couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. We ship most goods as Next day delivery which are normally delivered between 9am-6pm. If you require any specific time delivery or Saturday delivery this can be selected on our checkout page. DPD Will send you a text message with a time slot of when your package will be delivered provided you have supplied a mobile telephone number.
What if I'm not at home to accept the delivery?
The courier will attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days .We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
How much does the Delivery Cost?
The amount payable and the options available will be clearly shown in the checkout and on the order confirmation page as this can vary based on weight, location and method we endeavour to keep the delivery cost to minimum.
After ordering PC, how long does delivery take?
In most cases, we will have all of the components you specify in stock, but occasionally we will need to bring in a part specially for you. Once initial assembly has been completed, your system will pass to our Quality Assurance team who will check everything, complete the build and put your system through a series of strenuous tests to ensure everything is working properly. Once it has passed all of our tests, your system will be delivered to you by courier. Please do not make any special arrangements to wait in, as changes in the delivery schedule can occur. If you are not in when the courier calls, they will leave a card with a number for you to call – so you can arrange the perfect time for you. Once your system arrives, it is imperative that you check all of the parcels and contact YOYOTech immediately if you have a query. We will inform you via email when the system build passes each stage.
What are the current PC lead times?
We are currently working to 7-10 working days lead time for PC's. We more often than not deliver before the 7 working days.
What do you mean by "working days"?
Working days are classed as Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm excluding bank holidays. These are the standard days used by couriers to collect and deliver goods. Although we are open 6 days so that you can collect your order in person.

When will I know my order has been dispatched?
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch and we will provide you with a consignment number which you can track online from roughly 7pm that evening.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Once your order is dispatched, it is estimated that your computer will be with you in 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and ROI will take longer, depending on the accessibility of your delivery location. Orders placed on a Saturday delivery service will be dispatched on a Friday for delivery on Saturday.
Is there a cut-off time?
If you order before 4:00PM we endeavour to get your delivery to you for your Next Day Delivery. After 4PM it will be dispatched the next day for delivery the day after.
Damage in transit
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive your goods damaged in transit. We will refund the price and carriage or replace the goods at no cost to you.
