To Return a Faulty Good
If you are returning a faulty good, please obtain a Returns Number which can be done through your Yoyotech account online.
You will then be able to track it’s progress from start to finish, and if you have any questions you may also post. We will then endure to respond as quickly and amicably.

When returning a faulty good please return it with the original box, packaging (where possible) and accessories you received with it. Please include any software included. Any "Free Gifts" received with the product must also be returned.
Please note that if you return an item as faulty and it is tested as not having a fault you will be responsible for arranging and paying for collection.

Please mark all returns with the RMA number you were provided by our online returns section.
Failure to obtain an RMA number prior to sending your item may result in your return being delayed.

Faulty goods within the first 28 days
Some manufacturers are happy to provide direct technical support and returns processing within 28 days of purchase, any support offered by manufacturers does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods after the first 28 days
If your goods develop a fault after 28 days of receipt, you are entitled to a warranty repair/replacement. as per your warranty receipt. In some cases, manufacturers do provide a full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience.
Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 24 hours of receipt. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt or you are unable to check them before signing, the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked/damaged". Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into store, we will issue replacement goods.

Can I modify components/Pc’s
Any goods that have been modified or physically altered in any way shall be deemed Warranty Void and no support will be provided.

How long does a warranty exchange take
Once a faulty product has been return please allow 7 to 14 days for repair/replacement. Some occasion depending how old the product is, we may need to send it direct to manufacturer which may take slightly longer.
