I didn't see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?
If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. You may wish to contact our Customer Service Department at
0871 8553380 to make sure your order was received.
I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?
Call YoYotech.co.uk customer service at 0871 8553380. We will void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped.
After I submit an order with YoYotech.co.uk, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
YoYotech.co.uk will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be
saved in your account, once the order is shipped. You can check your account for live updates.
I checked my order status online and was advised that my order has been pending or voided. Why?
If an order is placed but the credit card is declined or the shipping address cannot be verified within three business
days, the order is voided. There is no way to regenerate a void order; you'll have to re-order online. Please call YoYotech.co.uk customer service at

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling YoYotech.co.uk customer service at
0871 8553380.
Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
How long does it generally take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated
time of arrival will be one to two days. YoYotech.co.uk do not deliver on
Saturday and Sunday. But if customer want us to deliver on Saturday, he will
have to call us at 0871 8553380 and pay additional fee for special Saturday
Delivery. YoYotech.co.uk will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will
be delivered on Saturday. If we fail to deliver your order on the Saturday, we will refund the
additional fee.
May I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?
We do not combine orders for you over the phone. However, if you call us before your orders are processed, we can cancel your
orders so you can place a single order for all the items you want. Please understand that we cannot cancel an order once it has been scanned by our warehouse.
Can I reactivate an order that has been voided/cancelled?
No, you'll have to re-order online.

What happens if an an order gets processed?
When customer places an order, we do not
charge him until we are ready to ship the items. As we have two shops running
simultaneously, the stock gets sold by the time we process the order. So we make sure that the customer gets charged, once we are ready to ship the goods.
What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
We do not sell merchandise that we don't have in-stock, which is why we provide a convenient 'Notify me the update of the product' feature. Simply click
the 'Notify me the update of the product' button and fill in your login details and you'll receive an e-mail notification for any update of the product.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all
boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call YoYotech.co.uk Customer Service at 0871 8553380 if you're unable to locate an item.
Can I pre-order or backorder a product that is currently out-of-stock?
We have three options on our website: Buy Button: When you see this button, that means product is in stock. Out of stock Button: When you see this button, that means product is out of stock and customer cant buy it. Preorder Button: When you see this button, that means product is out of stock, but customer can buy it. Next to preorder button, customer can see Due Date of the product.
How do I use YoYotech.co.uk's shopping cart?
Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Buy" for each item you want. If you want to buy
more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Qty Product" field, and click "Update". If you need to shop for more items, click "continue shopping". After you've added all items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click "Check Out" and log in following the onscreen instructions. If you're a new customer, click "Continue"
in "New Customer" section to create an account. The contents of your shopping cart will be held for you during this process. After creating an account, you should proceed to check out as normal.
What does the order status mean?
The order status gives the currant status of your order,
they are: Pending – order has been accepted by our system and we
are waiting for payment confirmation from our bank Processing – we have received payment confirmation and
are now picking your order Ready To Collect – the order is now ready for you to
collect instore Delivered - we
have fully completed the order and have shipped the order out to you
How long do i need to wait after i place a collect and reserve order, before i can come in to collect the goods?
Generally, it takes approx 2 hours for reserve and collect orders to be processed
Will i get any comfirmation to tell me my order is ready?
Yes you will - if you check your order status online, when the order is ready the status will be changed to "ready to collect", you should also revieve a email to let you know the status has been changed to "ready to collect".
How long will you hold "reserve and collect" goods?
Any orders placed on "reserve and collect" will be held for 14 Days, before being returned to stock.

These defects cannot be fixed or replaced.
To regulate the acceptability of defects and to protect the end user, ISO have created a standard for manufacturers to follow. ISO-13406-2 recommends how many pixel faults are acceptable before a panel can be replaced.
