BUYING A PC SYSTEM FROM YOYOTECH

All YOYOTech systems are professionally assembled fully tested and we provide a 12 month RTB (Return to Base) warranty against hardware faults.

Should you experience a hardware issue during that time, please contact our technicians on 0207 637 9021 and we will help you identify the source of the problem.

Just in case your system require hands-on attention by a YOYOTech engineer in the first 30 days after delivery, then shipping (both ways inside the UK) will be FREE of charge and we will organize this for you. After speaking with you over the phone and confirming the nature of the hardware fault, we will arrange for our courier to collect the system from you. When it comes to transporting systems, you cannot be too careful - and we recommend that you retain your original packaging, just in case you need it.

However we endeavour our very best to resolve all issues over the phone only at last resort we will ask you to send the PC back to our London branch . For hardware faults that occur more than 30 days after delivery, all you need to do is return the system to our London store where we will resolve any hardware issues found, then return the system to you. In these cases, you are responsible for getting the system back to us and we are responsible for returning it to you. If you prefer that we always organize the couriers (both ways), at no cost to you then please choose our Care-Free Courier option at the time of purchase for just £59.

Please note that we do not offer an onsite option, as this would require us to use a 3rd party company for servicing across the country and, frankly, theres no possibility that a 3rd party engineer will have the skill, experience, resources or attention to customer care that were able to offer at our headquarters. We have been building and servicing premium-grade systems for more than a decade and we know that the best way to ensure service quality is to do it ourselves. Whether it comes to service, sales or support - contact YOYOTech and we will give you the very best advice possible.

Custom-built PCs can normally be dispatched around 7-10 days after receipt of a confirmed order.
